HOW DOES THE WISHLIST APP COMPARE?

You know how the paper list works. Your sales associate (SA) and a customer work together to find what they like; your SA adds their choices to a piece of paper with their contact info. It gets filed away, or perhaps added to a list in a computer. Can be handy when their spouse comes in and asks. And if no-one asks? It is forgotten over time and your efforts yield no results.

The Wish List App was created to help your company make more sales. And better connect your SA with your customers (and those shopping for them). It’s an easy process–the App goes on a mobile phone or tablet, available in the Apple App store or Google play. Each SA has an app and the owner/manager receives a regular report on each SA’s progress.

1. Brand

The Wish List App uses your company’s branding. You’ll find a notes field, an Instagram-like arrangement of your customer’s favorite pieces, and reminders to keep following-up on customers who have wish lists.

2. Snap
It’s quick and simple to add photos to your customer’s profile. Snap the piece on your customer, as they smile, or take a quick pic holding the piece. Whatever you prefer, keeping that image front and center in that specific customer’s profile will help your SA sell it and keep your customer (and your bottom line) happy!

3. Notes

Add notes as you go to help you remember any/everything about the piece. Why your customer loved it; what other pieces it goes with; who it was a gift for or who might enjoy giving it to her. Any adjustments your customer might need, etc. 

4. Sell

When the customer or their gift-purchaser comes in, complete the sale and take care of any adjustments. Then keep the Wish List App updated and be ready for the next sale!
